Return Policy

Return without Questions

The Company follows a policy of receiving goods purchased from www.porticoindia.com or our Call center at 1800 22 2289, without any questions, if the goods are returned within seven days of the delivery of the same to the customer. To avail of this benefit, the customer must return the goods purchased in the original packaging together with a copy of the invoice and proof of payment of the purchase price within the aforesaid period of seven days. The reason for the return of the goods must be mentioned by the customer. The Company would appreciate if the reasons are explained in some detail. The Company will not be able to accept return of the goods that have been used by the customer. It will be the customer's responsibility to deliver the goods to the Company's offices at A-513, TTC Industrial Area, Mahape, Navi Mumbai, 400709. The Company will not be able to send its personnel to collect the goods.

 

Repayment of Price

The amount paid in respect of the goods so returned as set forth in (1) above will be refunded in full as follows within 60 days of receipt of goods in proper condition:

  • If the payment has been made in cash (COD), the amount will be refunded by Demand Draft.
  • If the payment has been made by credit card, the refund will be made to the account of the credit holder from where the payment has been made.
  • If the payment has been made using a credit issued outside India, the refund will be subject to the applicable foreign exchange regulations. The gain or loss on account of fluctuation of currencies shall be to the customer's account.
